For those who are not familiar with applications for Grundtvig grants, we are providing, by way of example, a sample application form (PDF).

The form is provided to give an example of a successful application for an assistantship in Belgium.

Please note in the application form given, the candidate filled in the Assistantship form. LEM candidates should fill in the Visits and Exchanges form (for stays of 1 day to 12 weeks) or the Assistantship form (for stays of 13-45 weeks).
