IBACN
The Istituto per i Beni Artistici, Culturali e Naturali (IBACN) of the Region Emilia Romagna was founded in 1974 to support and advise the Regional Government in policy making and act as an advisory body to local authorities in the field of cultural heritage, including museums, libraries, archives, natural and built heritage.
Landesmuseen
Founded in 1833 as Oberösterreichischer Musealverein, the State Museums of Upper Austria are today the province’s premier institutions of their kind. They house extensive collections, scientific archives and permanent and temporary exhibitions in the areas of natural, cultural and art history.
Gallo-Romeins
The Gallo-Romeins museum tells the story about the lives of the people in the region from prehistory to the early Middle Ages and puts the focus on the relation between cause and effect.
Deutscher Museumsbund
The German Museums Association is the nationwide interest group for all types of museums and for museum staff. Furthermore the Association acts as contact point for individuals who are committed to and support the manifold spectrum of museums in Germany.
ODM
The Association of Danish Museums (ODM) is an interest organization for all museums in Denmark, and functions as a shared platform and meeting place of Danish museums – professionally, politically and physically.
YPPOT-DMEEP
The Hellenic Ministry of Culture & Tourism - Directorate of Museums, Exhibitions & Educational Programmes (DMEEP) operates at central ministry level. Through its departments, it is responsible for the foundation and operation of State Archaeological Museums throughout the country, the supervision of non-state archaeological museums subsidised by the ministry,the organisation of temporary exhibitions in Greece and abroad and the coordination of educational programmes and activities in state archaeological museums and sites.
SML
The Finnish Museums Association (SML) is the central organisation and information centre for museums in Finland. Its task is to look out for museums´ interests as well as promote their operation and interaction.
MES
The Ministry of Culture of Spain - Office of State-owned Museums manages directly about twenty important national institutions, among which the Museo del Prado, the Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, the Museo Arqueológico National, the Museo del Traje, the Museo Nacional y Centro de Investigación de Altamira, the Museo de América.
CAP SCIENCES
Since its creation in 1995, Cap Sciences integrates the realms of research, education and the arts throughout the creative process for exhibitions and events and has become a major cultural player in the Bordeaux and Aquitaine region. Recipient of the “Science et Culture, Innovation” national certificate, it is recognised by the Ministry of Research as one of the top three French Science Discovery Centres thanks to the diversity of its numerous productions, its large number of partnerships and its visitor affluence.

CBL
Described by the Lonely Planet as not just the best museum in Ireland, but one of the best in Europe, the Chester Beatty Library, Dublin is an art museum and library which houses the great collection of manuscripts, miniature paintings, prints, drawings, rare books and some decorative arts assembled by Sir Alfred Chester Beatty (1875-1968).
Città di Torino
The Settore Patrimonio Culturale of the Città di Torino represents a strategic choice in the cultural policy of the city’s administration. Indeed, Torino is the first Council in Italy to dedicate a department of its administration to education in cultural heritage, with financial and human resources.
Amitié
Amitié is an Italian research centre, focusing on education and training, with a large experience in the provision of support and management services. It has a long and positive track record of working with the Italian government, including the Ministry of University and Research and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities.
RMDA
Estate Academy of Rumsiskes Museum (RMDA) was founded in 1998. Founders are the Open Air Museum of Lithuania and Lithuanian Association of Adult Education. Since 2000 it has a membership of National folk high schools association.
LNMA
The Latvian National Museum of Art is the largest depository of professional art in Latvia. Museum regularly holds art exhibitions and scientific conferences, diverse art and cultural events, takes part in international projects.
EMA
The aims of the European Museum Academy are to preserve the legacy of Kenneth Hudson and to disseminate the values and the pioneering intuitions and views of his museological thinking among the new generations of museum professionals as well as cultural professionals active on a European scale.
Sverresborg
Sverresborg Troendelag Folk Museum is a regional cultural-history museum founded in 1909, from 2009 part of a large organisation consisting of seven museums working with cultural history, music history and art. Sverresborg is one of Norway’s largest open air museums consisting of about 70 vintage buildings from the 18th and 19th century situated around the ruins of a medieval castle. Colourful indoor exhibitions show life in the region over the last 150 years.
RNMR
The National Network of Romanian Museums intends to cover the needs of the museum cultural operators, targeting its activities towards heritage, cultural tourism and professional training of the human resources activating in the sector.
NCK
Established in 2005, the Nordic Centre of Heritage Learning (NCK) is a Nordic collaborative initiative for creative research, experimental method development and dissemination within the field of cultural heritage learning. Cultural heritage learning is used as a term for the sum of learning activities from four different disciplines and traditions: museum education, archive education, heritage site education and art education.
Glasgow Museums/Glasgow Life
Glasgow Museums is part of Glasgow Life, a charitable company that manages the City’s cultural and sporting services on behalf of Glasgow City Council. Glasgow Life’s mission is: ‘To inspire Glasgow’s citizens and visitors to lead richer and more active lives through culture and sport.’
Manchester
The scope of The Manchester Museum makes it unique among English university museums. Its worldwide collections encompass both the natural sciences and the humanities. All the collections in the Museum, which comprise about 4.5 million items, have been formally ‘Designated’ by Government for their importance nationally and internationally. The Manchester Museum is ranked as one of the three top university museums in the UK.

National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) aims to encourage all adults to engage in learning of all kinds.
DUMA
The University of Denver - Museum of Anthropology (DUMA) is a teaching museum and research institution founded in 1931. It houses ethnographic and archaeological collections. DUMA is affiliated with the University’s Department of Anthropology, which offers a graduate degree in Anthropology/Museum Studies and undergraduate degree. DUMA staff includes a director, one full time and one half time employee, student curatorial assistants, volunteers, and interns.
